Introduction

When people think of Xinjiang, they often picture its breathtaking scenery. However, the laid-back attitude towards life among the residents of Xinjiang is also something that many urban young people long for.

Join China Daily reporter Wang Yujie and Belgian influencer Miette Dierckx as they stroll through Qiuci Alley, an ancient part of Kuqa, Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. Together, we will savor local delicacies, experience the region's intangible cultural heritage through songs and dances, and engage in conversations with the locals.

Tune in at 2 pm this Saturday.
